Kai has 20+ years of design experience and multiple design excellence awards. Kai has also established herself as a successful multidisciplinary talent with expertise in architectural and branding marketing. Kai has led teams in designing architecturally integrated projects and developing strategies to provide a complete branded experience in corporate offices, government, education, sports/wellness, research, and retail projects, among others.

Kai holds the NCIDQ and LEED AP certifications. She was dedicated and committed to IIDA Southwest as a vice president of communications for seven consecutive years. Her current focus is 23byKAI, a visual branding design service for architecture, engineering, and design professionals.
