We believe that Mentorship Is Not a One-Way Street. For this reason, the coaching will begin with one-hour meetings to evaluate your challenges and then offer some suggestions or answers in a subsequent one-hour meeting. During the first session, please schedule a follow up session session to discuss developing strategies to achieve professional aspirations. Examples of topics to discuss are: Assessment and Goal Setting Career Exploration Skill Development Portfolio Crit Transition Support Action Planning
