Membership Details & Pricing *Investment: $25.00 / week ($100 billed monthly) *Access: Up to 2 private advisory sessions per month (45 minutes each) *Scheduling: Sessions must be scheduled at least 1.5 to 2 weeks apart *Policy: Cancel anytime via your member portal. Cancellation Policy
Subscription & Scheduling Policy 1. Subscription Cancellation *Cancel Anytime: You can easily cancel your membership at any time directly through your member portal. *Billing and Access: Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle. We do not issue partial refunds for the remaining days.No Rollover: Any unused monthly sessions expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next month. 2. Session Rescheduling & Cancellations To respect our professionals' time and ensure all members get access to open slots, we enforce the following scheduling rules: *Free Change Window (24+ Hours Notice): You can freely cancel or reschedule your meeting time up to 24 hours before your start time at no extra cost. *Late Notice (Under 24 Hours Notice): Changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled meeting will incur a $50 late fee deducted from the standard session price and will be billed separately. *No-Show Policy (No Notice): Missing a scheduled meeting entirely without any prior notice results in a $100 charge of the session price. This fee is automatically applied as a professional courtesy to the specialist whose time was reserved.
